Arc Stud

Arc Stud is a weldable threaded fastener designed for arc stud welding applications. It is commonly welded onto steel plates, metal structures, machinery frames, brackets, panels, equipment bases, fabrication parts, and industrial assemblies to create a strong threaded fixing point without drilling through the whole component or using a loose nut on the rear side.

In arc stud welding, the stud is welded directly to the base metal using a suitable stud welding machine and welding process. Once welded correctly, the arc stud becomes a permanent threaded mounting point for fastening brackets, clips, covers, cable supports, mechanical parts, insulation accessories, equipment components, and structural attachments.

Arc Stud is widely used in steel fabrication, construction, machinery manufacturing, electrical panel work, industrial maintenance, shipyard work, equipment repair, and general metal assembly. It is suitable for users who need fast installation, clean appearance, strong welded attachment, and reliable threaded fastening performance.

Why Choose Our Arc Stud

Choosing the correct Arc Stud material, thread size, length, weld base diameter, finishing, stud welding process, and base material is important for welding quality, fastening strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability. Arc Stud is suitable for users who need a dependable weldable threaded fastener for fabrication, machinery, construction, equipment installation, panel assembly, and industrial maintenance work.

Mild Steel Arc Stud is a practical option for general welding and steel fabrication applications where the stud will be welded onto compatible steel surfaces. Stainless Steel 304 (A2) is suitable for applications requiring better corrosion resistance, cleaner appearance, or use in environments where mild steel may not be preferred.

Arc Stud helps create a fixed threaded point without needing a loose nut behind the panel or bracket. This is useful for sheet metal work, machinery frames, equipment panels, cable supports, and other applications where access, appearance, and installation efficiency are important.

We supply Arc Stud for welding contractors, metal fabricators, steel structure builders, machinery manufacturers, electrical panel builders, factories, maintenance departments, M&E contractors, engineering companies, shipyard users, equipment repair teams, hardware resellers, and industrial customers in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and across Malaysia, including Klang, Shah Alam, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Port Klang, Balakong, Cheras, Kajang, Rawang, Semenyih, Ampang, Banting, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Seremban.
